Line 19, after the second comma insert "natural resource conservation districts,"
Between lines 31 and 32, insert:
"D. To implement the best land management practices and the specific area plan on the identified lands, the commissioner may enter into an intergovernmental agreement pursuant to title 11, chapter 7, article 3, with a county, city, town, natural resource conservation district or other political subdivision to share the cost of implementing the specific area plan. An intergovernmental agreement entered into pursuant to this subsection must state the responsibilities of each party with regard to implementation of the specific area plan."
Line 37, after the period insert "The commissioner may Not expend more than ten per cent of the monies in the fund for administrative purposes."
